To say that
Kagura and him didn’t get along would be a false assumption made due
to one single obversation. A layer of respect had been existent
between the two sword wielder for a long time and they had
successfully held mutliple conversations in the past – and it was
of importance to note that not every single one of those conversations had been ones an
impersonal basis, either. A lack of respect or even dislike was an inaccurate
word to describe the bond they shared.
There had merely always lingered
something around them that… repeatedly caused them to clash. The
ensuing issue was never something too serious and nothing that ever
created true harm to any of the two parties, however.
Just like right
now.
Upon feeling the not so subtle touch when Kagura walked past
him, Freed sent a glare towards her he didn’t attempt to conceal. Not
like she was currently looking back to perceive it anyway, but it was
the natural expression his facial features got tugged into in an instant. The woman
must have noted his previous reaction to what she’d said – and in
his book this very reaction had been entirely justified – and this
was her way of showing that she disapproved.
To be fair, part of him
had intended for her to see it and judging his successfulness by her
prior, pyhsical response then it was rated fairly high.
“Tchz,“
Freed emitted a huff, just loud enough for anybody near him to
perceive. “Couldn’t be any more obvious, now could you.“ His gaze
followed Kagura for a moment longer before he got back to his
previous task.
No, the ‘issues’ really were never something too serious, never
something truly harmful… it would most likely be more accurate to
say that it was both their challenging sides spurring one another on
and it would be a statement filled with denial that those occasional
clashes couldn’t be at least a little bit entertaining at times,
depending on their nature.
Nodding, feeling relieved and somewhat happy that he understood and could connect to her words, the female waited for a little while before continuing to explain mentioned abilities. The pause was mostly made due to wanting to carefully choose words.

Since more details were shared at this moment, she had decided to pause with her explanation and give the other a chance to process everything and perhaps ask questions if he had any. That pause also came in hand for asking a question of her own, one regarding his own magic.

Control, rules…Yes, those were subjects and measures Freed was perfectly able to comprehend and relate to. His attention never became less concentrated while he listened to Sakura’s explanation carefully and he soon dicovered that especially the last part of what she was telling him did drew an extra of his attention.
“So…what exactly is this technique you mentioned? It sounds like something that’s not easy to manage.”
And he figured that the female must have quite some skill and control if she mastered it.
Permitting the small pause to extend a little as he reflected some more over what she’d just said, the rune magician then went ahead to be the one offering another brief explanation this time.
“Jutsu Shiki, which is one of my two main magics, basically consists of runes that get written in commands, rules and codes. It’s a magic that is not exactly suited for melee fights since most of the rune barriers take a bit more time to get written up. There are, however, short-hand runes which I do master as well.
Jutsu Shiki allows me to create barriers and traps, commands and bans. Or I can simply write them to create warmth, keep something save or create shelter if it rains, for instance. I barely use my magic for such situations, though. Admittedly it’s a rather complicated form of magic. And whatever rule I write is absolute.”

7. If I don’t follow you back it just means that I can’t see any ‘connection’ or no way to interact yet. I also dislike it when the roleplay blog is cluttered with posts that aren’t connected with the actual blog’s theme/character and handled more as a personal blog than a roleplay blog. It may also be that I’m not familiar with the series your character is from at all. I’m open for crossovers, though tend to just accept them when I know at least a little bit of the series!
8. Sometimes I am slow with replies and sometimes I reply within some minutes, so please don’t get mad at me if a reply takes me longer.
9. Reasons for me not following/unfollowing you COULD be if you don’t cut your posts or don’t tag your ships in some cases, for example.
10. As stated before I am open for almost any crossover rps and AUs, just shoot me a message. I prefer having a crossover rp with a series I at least know a little about though.
11. I don’t like rping with an ask as header, so if you want to continue an rp that began with an ask, then please use to comment option to continue and I’ll put it in a new post or you can create a new post and we’ll continue from there.
12. I am very picky with OC’s (I need to know who I rp with so they have to have a proper development and enough information) and usually don’t roleplay with multimuse blogs. So please feel not personally offended if I don’t roleplay with you! For example, I don’t follow dragonslayer OCs.
13. No godmodding. Please.
14. I’m more of a spontaneous roleplayer but what I need to plot out is anything battle related because I don’t want to godmod by accident or get to an outcome one of us does not like. Freed is a powerful mage and his magics can be a lil OP not least because of how many possibilities he has and some of the spells he possesses - so that’s another point that has me worried a little and why I wanna plot out fighting scenes between our muses.
